How quickly can you attend an inspection?

One-off inspections: usually within 24 hours of booking. Package clients: we start searching and attending as soon as your brief is complete, usually within 48 hours.

What happens after I send the form?

We come back to you the same day – by phone, WhatsApp or email, whichever you chose. It’s a short conversation about your move date, budget, suburbs and must-haves, and we tell you honestly whether a package or a single $89 inspection makes sense. No obligation.

I’m overseas – how do we talk?

WhatsApp or email works fine. Choose it in the form and put your time zone in the notes so we don’t call you at 3am.

Do you cover my suburb?

Yes. We attend inspections all over Melbourne, inner and outer.

Can’t I just ask a friend to attend?

You can, if they’re willing to register at the open home and collect the inspection code. The hard part is finding someone reliable who’ll assess the property against your requirements and report back in detail the same day. That’s the job we do.

How do I pay?

One-off inspections are booked and paid online. Packages are confirmed after your callback and paid securely by card. No hidden fees, and we take no commission or referral fees from agents.

Are you a building or pest inspector?

No. We attend rental open homes on behalf of renters and report on what we see. We are not a building, structural or pest inspection service.
